Welcome to One Up Fitness
Intro
One Up Fitness will give you and/or your team the ability to cause chaos on the field! Your opponents will not be able to compete with you! Your defensive speed will increase so much that there will be more offensive opportunities. We do training programs for serious athletes looking for serious results. We train athletes from age 7 to age 60. There are hundreds of exercises for each sport. We design workouts that focus on:
- 1st Step Speed
- Building Speed, Power and Burst (Plyometrics)
- Ramping Speed
- Ripping the Abdominal Core
- Increasing Muscle
- Increasing Speed in Hand-Eye Coordination.
Classes are Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 5-6(PM).
One Up Fitness will meets on Monday, Wednesday, Thursday starting on Wednesday, Septemeber 7th and will operate in one hour sessions from 5:30PM-6:30PM and 8:00PM-9:00PM for training for one month. Additionally tumbling takes place 7PM-8PM on Thursdays. It will cost $125 for the whole month, and if you're a newcomer it will cost an additional $25 registration fee.
